Bush’s Dangerous Liaisons

Historian François Furstenburg draws parallels between the Bush regime and the Jacobins of the French Revolution:

Louis de Saint-Just: “No liberty for the enemies of liberty.”

George W. Bush: “We must not let foreign enemies use the forums of liberty to destroy liberty itself.”

But he saves the best for last… The origin of the term “terrorist”. Wow!
